The Emerald Coast Regional Council (ECRC) is a regional organization that helps the people and communities in Northwest Florida grow and thrive.

Guided by an independent board, we aim to solve regional challenges from traffic congestion to stormwater relief. When not looking to solve regional problems, we strive to create opportunities for the people of the region by protecting our military assets and missions and the development of quality jobs and economic growth.

We’re proud to serve the counties of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Washington, and Holmes—working every day to preserve and enhance the quality of life in Northwest Florida.
